About me

Tatiane Camurugy, MD, chose a career in medicine largely influenced by her desire to help people. She observed her pediatrician's ability to improve the lives of her patients through medicine, and wanted to continue providing help to those in need. She was immediately drawn to Otolaryngology as it allowed her to work with a diverse patient population with a wide variety of medical issues.

She has a degree in Medicine, has a medical residency in Otolaryngology and works as a ENT speacialist since 2015.

She was a observer in a observership program in Children`s Hospital Zurich.

Currently, she is an associate at VitaleClin and Otorrinoiguatemi and works in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.

Dr. Camurugy provides medical and surgical treatment for pediatric and adult patients with Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) issues. She works collaboratively with her patients, discussing risks and benefits of treatment options, and views the decision-making process as a team effort between physician and patient.

Dr. Camurugy is particularly interested in performing pediatric Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeries, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and sinus surgery.

She will provides expert care and effective treatments for all types of nasal and sinus disorders, including rhinitis, sinusitis, congestion, nasal polyps, etc. She also see patients who have infections, deafness, or dizziness, and people who need ear reconstruction.

She offers advanced diagnostic procedures and both medical and some kind of surgical treatments.
